Security

Control who signs in, what they see, and what they change

Invictous gives administrators the controls an audited business needs, built into the product rather than bolted on.

  1. Who can log in

Passwords can be backed by a passkey or an authenticator-app code, so a leaked password alone is not enough.

  2. What they can see

Roles grant access to specific modules and actions, and business units limit which plant or office data a user works with.

  3. What they changed

Audit logs record changes to key records with the user and time, so reviews and investigations start from facts.

Controls

Built-in security controls

  • Two-factor authentication

Protect every login with a passkey (WebAuthn) or an authenticator-app code on top of the password.

  • Role-based access

Custom roles decide which modules, records, and actions each person can use.

  • Audit logs

Changes to key records are logged with who made them and when.

  • Business-unit isolation

Plants and offices run as separate business units; users only see the units assigned to them.
